MW5 electric lifting magnet series is widely apply to piling, metallurgy, casting, machine manufacture, transportation and so no ,forming complete set with lifting equipment equipments to carry out loading and handling the magnetic material such as pig irons and scrap steel.Adopting electric casting steel or low carbon steel with excellent magnetic conductivity and well finished performance as the conductor to the magnetic circuit.Use the entire seal structure with good moisture-proof performance.

Three types for option

  3.1 Normal temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps.

  3.2 High temperature type (DC-220V TD-60%): for lifting high temperature steel scraps or lift steel scraps in high temperature environment. It is specially for used to lift steel scraps into furnace to make steel in steel plants. This magnet can handle the steel scraps under the temperature of 650°C.

  3.3 High frequency type (DC-220V TD-75%): for lifting normal temperature steel scraps in high frequency use. It can be operated more efficiently and frequently since the duty cycle is up to 75%.

The over-excitation control system (DC350/DC290V/DC-200V) is also available for large size magnet of this kind, in order to quicken the current, increasing speed and to exert stronger lifting capacity.

Technical Features
The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.
The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.
Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.
High lifting capacity, light self-weight.
Low power consumption, long service life.

1.Not more than elevation of 2000m

2.Surrounding air temperature

(1)Normal temperature type -20℃ ~ +40℃  

(2)High temperature type: no more than +50℃,no less than -20℃

(3)No explosive dangerous or corrosive gas around the magnet.

(4)Both outdoors and indoors.
