Working principle

BTK magnetic iron removal system transports materials on the conveyor, the metal detector installed in the front, BTK special magnetic iron separator is behind metal detector.The non-magnetic splitter platform is connected with the iron parts that are sucked out after the iron bar.The rectifier control cabinet is connected with the metal detector and the special belt electromagnetic iron remover. When the metal detector detects the iron materials,the alarm is set off. The signal is sent to the rectifier control cabinet. The control cabinet starts the belt type except iron and excitation. In the main magnetic pole, the iron parts and some of the more magnetic materials are also sucked up. Through the rotation of the discharging iron straps backward movement, due to the magnetic ore and iron on the shape and magnetic have very big difference, so the magnetic separation after sorting through three times in the area, most of the magnetic ore fall onto the conveyor belt, a small amount of material with iron to non-magnetic materials were separated to platform.After four times it reached a good effect.Application
