Introduction:

It mainly used for selection of magnetite as well as concentrating operation. The machine need no power, with simple structure and good desliming effect.

 BCT magnetic desliming machine includes external barrel with tapered bottom and internal barrel fixed to inner cavity of external barrel. The inwall of 

external barrel has multiple-story magnet stand. There is magnet on the stand, outlet port of the feed is on the low end of the tapered bottom of external barrel and has the plug. The plug 

is connected to the leading screw passing internal barrel. There is a water inlet on the tapered bottom of external barrel and overflow box is on the top of the 

external barrel. There is a water outlet on the bottom of the overflow box, the pulp distribution groove is on the top of the internal barrel, and there is a pulp 

distribution mouth on the bottom of pulp distribution groove. 

The device can separate gangue and lean ore intergrowth from the concentrate, with its effective separation granularity scope below 60, mainly used for 

selection of magnetite as well as concentrating operation. The machine can obtain qualified concentrate when granularity scope is relax, and can improve 1-5 percentage point of iron powder grade. It is used after magnetic separator, conducting desliming of iron powder separated by the magnetic separator. The

 machine need no power, with simple structure and good desliming effect.
