Introduction

With the soft magnetic material to transmit magnetic force and the computerized simulating design for the magnetic roller and disk, the loss of magnetic
field is reduced remarkably with the added no class changes vibrating device, To achieve the best eliminating efficiency, we use the frequency-change and
unique weighing sensing technology to keep the material in the required date, Additionally, we used the magnetized disk with strong magnetic field before
iron-elimination. As material passes disk, the weak magnetic material is magnetized.
It is specially designed for magnetic clean iron ore,especially suitable for weathered sand, sand, ant volcano rocks and other soft ore, It c an be also used for
the roughing separation and conce ntration of the low grade magnetic minerals.
Feature:
--With wide separation size range, it can be widely used in 0-60mm sand (stone) selection. An d the grade of the concentrate can be adjusted between 8-30
grade according to user’ needs .
--The rate of the iron ore recovery is high, it is about 20%- 50% higher than the traditional roller recovery, and the yield increases 30%-60°/0 at the same¬time.
--The intensity of the magnetic field is high (up to 1000gs),with the following advantages: uniform distribution, large iron magnetic penetration depth, strong
adhesion, long service life.
--It also has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and maintenance.
