BTK magnetic ore iron separator device is a new type of iron removal equipment, mainly used in all kinds of sinter and magnetic ore concentrator above 20 grade, it plays an important role in protecting the normal use of crushing and grinding equipment and reducing maintenance cost.

Working process of BTK:

1, when magnetic or sintered ore minerals by the belt conveyor through metal detector,the detector detects the iron signal and transmits the signal to the PLC control system. The central control starts the BTK magnetic separator.

2,Iron and magnetic ore belt of the iron remover will drive backward movement,which will conduct a magnetic separation, and the low-grade magnetic ore will fall back onto the conveyor belt, while the metal parts and the remaining ore will continue to run along the belt to the magnetic separation area of gradient magnetic field distribution. After repeated separation in the sorting area, most of the magnetic ore will fall back onto the conveyor belt. 


Characteristics:

1.The metal detector in the front section has higher sensitivity and can be applied to the screening of all kinds of magnetic minerals and metal parts with a grade below 60, so as to prevent false alarm and avoid frequent start of magnetic iron separator, and meanwhile reduce the amount of labor of field workers;

2. The surface of the abandoned iron ring belt of magnetic ore remover is wear-resistant with special materials, which can improve the service life;

3. After the iron removal from the first section of magnetic ore, metal detector and plough type unloading device are adopted to remove the iron from the second section. For some weak magnetic minerals, such as stainless steel and manganese steel, they are directly excluded from the sorting box on the side of the conveyor to achieve non-stop operation.
