Introduction:

Liquid line magnetic ferrous traps designed to extract remove the ferrous materials from liquid and slurry lines in order to purify the material in the

 production process. Strong magnetic traps filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. While the slurry and liquid flows around the 

magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the tubes) traps all metallic particles on the 

surface of the tubes.

In the course of manual cleaning the inner part of the separator is taken out, the magnetic cores are pulled out of the tubes (by operating lever) and

 the captured magnetic impurities fall off the tubes spontaneously.

reduction in flow rates. All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap ferrous particles. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically,

 or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.
